Refried beans¨pinto/bayo¨ with chipotle chile, La Sierra

These beans will give an unique new twist to your meals, they are refried, where almost all the water boiles away;  they then go mashed into a pure and fried with oil, onions,  various spices and chipotle chili, which has a special smoky flavour.

They go great together with meat and corn tortillas.
