Buñuelos are corn flour balls with cheese. The cheese provides its intense salty flavor, which makes them the perfect accompaniment to a cup of hot chocolate or a piece of custard.

How to prepare: Mix cheese with the Buñuelos mixture, add little by little the water or milk, form small balls, and fry in abundant oil.

Ingredients: Corn starch, Yucca starch, Sugar, Salt, Anti-caking agent (E500ii).
