Ingredients: Red Savina Habanero (SHU 350,000), apple juice from Jaén, lemon juice from Sierra Nevada and sea salt from Cádiz and cherimoya from Salobreña.

The cherimoya, also spelled chirimoya and called chirimuya by the Inca people. It is generally thought to be native to Colombia, Ecuador, Peru , Bolivia and Chile, spreading through cultivation to the Andes and Central America.
