Eggplant puré with paprika
The best fruits and vegetables we have are from Kherson, southern Ukraine. So this eggplant puree originates from there and is influenced by Bulgarian cuisine. Before mixing all the vegetables we bake them with spices, which helps to keep the tender taste of the eggplant. We use it as an appetizer or side dish with meat, chicken, or in toasted bread. It is also a great vegetarian option.
Ingredients: grilled eggplant 72.4%, paprika, sunflower oil, tomato paste, sugar, salt, garlic, stabilizer glucono-delta-lactone. Suitable for vegetarians.
