Our piquillo peppers are grown on selected land in the region of the Aragón valley, cultivated with extreme care, and without any chemicals.
Roasted with a direct flame, the Piquillo El Carrascal peppers are peeled and handcrafted without washing or immersing them in water or any chemical substance. This maintains the aroma, the consistency of the meat, its properties, and its genuine flavor.
In addition, the artisanal process allows the pepper to be preserved along with its caramelized juice, great to use as a dressing.
Perfect to fill, take in a salad with bonito, or mark directly on the grill and accompany meat or fish.
Their extreme quality earned them to appear on the menus of some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain.
