The taste can be described as a citrus taste with a spicy aftertaste. It is often used for cucumbers and many varieties of fruits, such as watermelon, oranges, and pineapple, with lemon and salt.

Valentina is a chili sauce brand made by Salsa Tamazula, a company in Guadalajara, Mexico. The irregular shape found on the label represents a map of the Mexican state of Jalisco. Valentina is thicker than Tabasco sauce, with a mild taste of vinegar and a pronounced chili taste.

Ingredients: Water, dried puyas and serrano chili, iodized salt and spices, E211 and E260 as preservatives.
