Bonito del Norte (spanish) is a fish in the family of mackerel fish. It is also called white tuna. Bonito del Norte is a smaller tuna with mild flavor and a lighter and softer meat than tonfisk.

This fantastic bonito tuna is perfect for salads or just itself. For example, magically good to put on grilled bread with tomato, spring onion, pressed lemon, olive oil and herbs.

Or in a mexican tostada with sallad leaves and tomatos.
