Enchiladas are fried corn tortillas that you fill with cheese, meat, chicken or other ingredients. The enchiladas are covered with chili sauce, sour cream, and feta cheese. If you do not want to fry the tortillas you can warm them in a pan, roll them with a cheese/chicken/meat and bake them in the oven. There are different varieties of enchiladas, depending on the region. 

You can also use the sauce for your "Chilaquiles". The difference between the chilaquiles and enchiladas is that in the chilaquiles we use pieces of fried tortillas (totopos /nachos) instead of rolled corn tortillas.

Ingredients: tomato puree, water, spices (celery), lard, modified corn starch, chicken broth in powder (soy, celery,  and (E621)), arbol chili, iodized salt, soybean oil, bay leaves, (E621) as a flavor enhancer and ( E334) as an antioxidant

Allergens: soy, celery, and E621. May contain traces of wheat (gluten) and milk. Because it is manufactured in equipment that processes other products.
